thesewings are tumbled in these in thesegreat dry seasonings and then thesewings are roasted this is not a friedproduct nor is it a breaded that’s rightso we start with jumbo methi wing andthen we tumble seasoned them so theseasoning gets coated all the way aroundthat wing you get that flavor and everybitethen we slow roast it in theslow-roasted is the skin sort of opensup that flavor sinks down into that meatand then we individually click freezethem and we put them in a resealable bagso it’s really perfect the way they’repackaged also when you get them home youjust stick that bag in your freezer andif you want some wings you just pull outwhat you wantRiis if that bag back up and put it backin your freezer and you’re good to goyou don’t have to take out a whole lotat one time well and one of the reasonsI ordered mine is because on days whenI’m either working from home during theday before I come into work or it’s aday off for me and I’m not leaving thehouse I find that if I’m orderedthe sweetness milk is great it’s aperfect balance we’ve stepped up the youknow the smoky paprika and then it’sbalanced by the little bit of brownsugar in there so it’s the perfectbalance of that the sweetness so if youlike more of a honey barbecue sauce or ahoney barbecue flavor the sweet andsmoky is the way to go if you’re doingif you want to do bourbon it’s more of afull flavor oak barrel smoky real smoothlike a nice bourbon flavor and it’s moreof the savory soyou like more of a savory wing theBourbons if you like a little bit moreof a sweet barbecue flavor then go withthe sweet and smokyneither here’s the great part neitherone of them are hot and spicy neitherone of them are friedwe don’t use breading so I can’t standbreaded wings and you know you hear themup they’re mushy they’re not breadedthey’re not deep-fried they’re not hotand spicy they’re just barbecue rubseasoned and they’re full of meat andthey are unbelievably beating when youget these at home you’re not gonnawonder where the meat is you probablydon’t want to meet the chicken this camefrom because that’s gonna be a big birdthis is what’s exciting about these thewhole family loves wings they’re alllooking for and you’re looking for aquick and easy snack I think a lot ofpeople are probably looking at theirstove every meal thinking if I have tocook one more thing from scratch like myheads gonna spin off so this issomething you don’t have to worry toomuch about you can pop these into theoven make a great side dish we have thesake Claire mac and cheese coming upwhich would go beautifully with thesethen make yourself a nice screen salador cole slaw and then you’ve gotsomething great we are getting somequestions from the chat okay and we’regetting some questions about how manywings we can expect in a four pound bagthat’s a good questionthere’s both the drum hat and the flaton the wings so it depends on you knowsort of which mix that would get them tothe bag but you can have nice you know710 nice meaty Wings per pound so theygo a long way and the great thing aboutit is when you get them at home and yousee that they’re meaty and they’re bigyou’re probably I like meteor wings thenmore smaller ones and so you’ll probablysee if you like three or four wings youprobably would grab two to three ofthese because it’ll be plenty mmm now ifyou want the sweet and smoky that’s you sawso that’s our original sauce is on ourtable for 35 years I’m going to do twobottles with this and the reason wedon’t put sauce on it is because noteveryone one sauce but somebody in thefamily or somebody in your house orsomebody that’s even if you love to dipit or baste it with the barbecue sauceso the sauce is perfect because you canserve it on the side and if everybodyloves soft then when I recommend it’sthe very end of the cooking base thosewings with the sauce let it cook a fewmore minutes so it’s sort of caramelizeit down in there don’t put it on in thebeginning but towards the end and yougot that just like you said that greatmighty barbecuing because you got thedry rub mixed with that sweet thisoriginal stock and I know Jimmy I knowyou just mentioned this but I think itbears repeating that if you want to getthat little caramelize ation when yougot these in the oven when they’ve stillgot about what about maybe five tenminutes left I worked in the yep you canbase them with off and it’ll caramelizedown on there and think down into thatskin is phenomenal and then it gets alittle crispy on the top and then whenyou bite into it you get all thatliquidy yummy goodness and then you getthe spice from the wing and then thecrunchy skin and then the juicy meat I’mtelling you what this is one of my mostfavorites Jimmy and I’ll tell you when Iwas looking at what items I wanted tostart my freezer with so that I wouldknow I would have the kinds of mealsthat I needed to get me through maybe aquick lunch or a snack at night when I’mwatching television these
