1 whole Garlic (peeled & chopped)
25g Corriander (Leaves & Stalks)
40ml Olive Oil
1-2 Red Chilli (optional)
few pinches Black/ White Mustard Seeds
Sea Salt & Pepper (Seasoning)

Method: Hand chop (15 mins).
