Country Style Meatloaf with my own version tasty
Bbq sauce
Recipe
Preheat oven 200Deg. Celsius, 390Deg. Fahrenheit
Metloaf Ingredients;
250g of sausage meat
450g if beef mince ( ground beef )
1 1/2 cup of freshly home made bread crumbs
2 large eggs
1 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp of ground black pepper
1 tsp of sea salt
BBQ Sauce Ingredients
4 cups of cold water
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup of bbq sauce
1 tbls of white vinegar
2 tbls of brown sugar
Or 1 tbls of honey. Optional
1 1/2 cup of tomato paste
1 tbls og oyster sauce. I used ayam brand
2 tbls of soy sauce
Method
Place beef mince, sausage meat in a large bowl, add eggs, bread crumbs, chopped parsley,
salt and ground black pepper
Mix well until combined. Transfer into a 350x250x70mm baking dish and form
the meat mixture into a loaf.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Barbeque Sauce
Method
Put four cup of cold water into medium saucepan
, add tomato sauce, tomato paste, bbq sauce, oyster sauce, soy sayce, sugar, salt and pepper , stir to combined.
Cook over high heat until nearly boil, turn the heat down to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
When meat loaf is ready after cooking for 30 minutes take it out from the oven place over safe place and pour sauce over the meat loaf.
Turn down the heat to 170Deg. Celsius/ 330Deg. Fahrenheit, return the meatloaf into the oven and cook for a further one hour. When cooked you can serve this with mash potatoes and green salad.
Serve 4.
