Catch and Cook Grilled Striped Bass | Butter and Sriracha Hot Sauce – Fish Steaks – OOW Outdoors

Recently, we stumbled upon BBQ Pit Boys’s Striper Steak Butter Sriracha video and we knew we wanted to give it a try but we didn’t have any Stripers to cook. So with the fall run in full force now, it was the perfect opportunity to make a catch clean cook video. The catch part never really seem to work out well when I try to make these videos. We definitely didn’t skunk, but we didn’t catch the big fish we was going after. Just some good eating size schoolies. Hope everyone enjoys and gives this recipe a try. It was mouth watering GOOOOOD!
