hey everybody welcome back to Tammi andJon’s kitchen today we’re makingourselves on some chicken wings we’regonna have chicken wings with a nicelittle salad for lunch we’re gonna dochicken wings a couple ways right nowJohn is just taking chicken wings outI’m just going to show you this we’veactually put chicken wings in andsubmerge it in pickle juicenow what do you do is he’s gonna drythat haircut of these chicken wings justmean that’s what’s gonna help you getcrispy crispy chicken wings is to makesure they’re super super dry and thenhe’s gonna put them in a bowl over hereI’ll get that oh you can keep going withyour chicken wings well I’m explainingwhat’s going on your elbow just rockingyour way for you yeah so what we’regonna do is we’re gonna take thesechicken wings no we we save our picklejuice all the time I love pickles and ona keto diet you feed pickles witheverything but we save all the picklejuice and what we use it for marinadeslike this and it’s super supertenderizes the the meat and also notsalt that’s in that pickle juice seemsto lock in the flavor and those juicesso it’s a great great marinade to usebecause your things drying up you smartyou sure are you picked up I’ll get yousome fresh paper towel here you canwe’re using paper towel but by all meansif you have some clean dish towels orwhatever and you want to dry themwithout – that’s totally totally fine sowe’re going to do that our chicken wingsthat we’re doing today are the dillpickle chicken wings and we’re alsogoing to do honey garlic chicken wingsas well as a barbecue sauce chickenwings just to have a variety of chickenwingsnow we’ve already made our honey garlicsauce and our barbecue smoky barbecuesauce in a previous video if you scrollback on here you’ll be able to find itor check Tami’s tips and tricks and ifyou can’t find it in either of thoseplaces just send me a message I’ll tagyou in the video you know I’m just gonnatake thisJohn’s way so we’ve used this picklejuice with raw chicken so we are goingto discard this pickle juice now timerhere we just started doing a few chickenwings here earlier so that way we canshow you what’s going on oh just for theconvenience of times sake this is adifferent one so we’re gonna set thataside okay so what John’s doing is shutthis off just for a sec here and I’llheat it up in a sec again so he’s gothis dry chicken wings in there now he’sgoing to add about two tablespoons doyou see or your scissors to teach thisokay so easily right here I hit themhe’s gonna add about two tablespoons offresh deal finely chopped onto here andwe’re just gonna now you can add a tinytiny bit of oil in here if you want butit’s not necessary so we’re not going tobecause there’s enough fat in thatchicken skin and we are going to becooking it in an air fryer and that’sgonna pull out that fat anyway so wedon’t add any you’re more than welcometo if you want me or even have to yeah Ijust take the scissors and just cut yeswho doesn’t yeah anyways so you he’sgonna finely chopped up two tablespoonsofokay I’m just so uh yeah two tablespoonsof the top right here and you’re goingto put in 1 TSP of garlic when you’redone that chili powder sorry not chilipepper chili powderTammy Lakes lots of dill dill yeah butthat’s the tea table spoons is there isthat in my pants like all thesemeasurements are just approximatebecause we don’t have a lot of chickenwings here you probably couldn’t evenuse like a tablespoon yeah yeah andwe’re gonna use powdered garlic for thiswe only need a teaspoon um yeah so andwe’re using dried garlic in here becauseit’s going into our air fryer and if youuse um garlic granules is actually gonnaburn in there so we don’t want to usethat oh yeah that should be good youcould even use a little bit less justcuz we do not watch chicken links inhere then because this is usually gonnado about two pounds of chicken wingschili powder maybe just use a boat ahalf a chili powder right here board ahalf a teaspoon of chili powder Iprobably bought like too much seasoningon here uh there are extra seasoningsjust gonna go in the bottom of the bowlso it’s not like it’s gonna recordbeautiful chicken wings of all I’m goingto turn this back on excuse us if wehave to talk a little louder over theair fryer and you’re going to add aabout a quarter of a teaspoon of thisbeep operate that work then we’re goingto put our chicken wings okay and I’mjust gonna mix a Pseudolusgreat colors on that so we’re just gonnamix this up a little bit and then we’regonna put it into our air fryer it’sgoing to take approximately 10 minuteson one side then we’re gonna turn themover and do them on the other sideremember remember remember dry thosechicken wings very very well before youuse it yeah I mean I love dill okay soI’m just gonna open this up I’m going toput our chicken wings in there and maybesince we have a few seconds in betweenour next set of chicken waste maybewe’ll start with the dill pickle dipbecause that is like super gonna besuper yummy on our chicken wings um youknow what I got some it’s a little drillmaster or something in here cheering yesin our package so I I’m putting themdown with the meaty side down first tobegin with where some of these littlejump Mets are just gonna be rollingaround anyways okay and then after theten minutes I’m gonna flip up I’m gonnaset this now I’m gonna pitch you justmix up our dipping then I’m gonna put anice little afterwards if you can takeabout under the cello spoonof mayonnaise we’re gonna put in herethe smell of the deal in the garlic andthat hot air fryer is phenomenal like itis my big food has to look good andsmell but also as far as tasty food isvery very important but this smells aregood like I am just part Ukranian so Ilike garlic and I like dill yeah sowe’re gonna put that this is a reallyreally really simple I thought I thoughtyou’d wish you baked in a bowl and thenthe next thing I want you to do yes Ijust have because I’m making a smallamount maybe even just one dill picklebut finely finely diced up in therenow John and I both love brown pepperground cracked pepper as well as seasalt that’s what we mainly use now inthis recipe here we’re just going tomake it a coarser pepper so we’re justgo like loosen it up just a little bitsomeone goes to behind it’s gonna be outlike more of a chunkier pepper just yeahfinely chop them updo any of you guys cook with yourspouse’s I love cooking with John forwine he’s a handy handy prep cook andthat way I can happened tell us aboutthe recipes we’ve really really enjoyedcooking together there is times thatyeah I cook alone or he cooks old butreally whenever possible and if we’reboth on a day offwe both cook together we’ve always doneact and really ask as our marriagesprogress than the years have added onyou really enjoy that don’t get me wrongwe do some really really really reallysimple dip now with this dill pickle dipit’s a really good idea to make it aheadof time put it in the fridge forwhatever the longer you put it the morethose flavors are gonna melt together inthere okay oh and then sort yeah you canput it in then we’re going to justchopped fresh dill you still have anythey’re just saying hang chopped freshdill in there and see I just sorry I’mjust going over here I just clocked itlike this and then this is just and youcan by all means dice it up I lovekitchen shears can save so much timethere you go done so we’re gonna justmix that in there John taught me abaker’s wrap on for the deck and I’mgonna roll all my own herbs in there Icould begin with maybe later on we’ll doall her Curtin somewhere else my gardenI have a massive pepperthat’s a dealt but I’m also gonna throwsome dill because it’ll be a lot fastersince I’ve already started in the houseand on the duck and I I don’t knowyeah I do yes I take my deal and I cleanit in the summer and fall at the gas isgrowing before it gets to that deal headstage and old up mmm that’s good andthen maybe like something cute like thatand then maybe what you can do is justjust for a Lux if you’re having somepeople over or whatever again just atiny tiny tiny bit more of the bill doesnot to be very much it’s not like superyummy so we’re gonna set that aside makesome intimate veg and those flavors canmeld a little bit together while we’rewaiting for our chicken wings so Icleaned my deal and I put it in ziplockbags and I try to get like themedium-sized l oz ziplock bag and I packthe crap out of itI probably try to get like at leastthree of them for sure every summer andthen we can use it in the winter timechew and you don’t have fresh deal likefor soups and all that kind of stuff youjust take your frozen clump and you useyour scissors on there too you get thatflavor that amazing flavor and I’malmost out of frozen Dale and I we justhappened to be a destroyed another damthis or this bunch like super super goodI really was not bad with price so wethought hey we’ll grab some of that butI really use up all my clothes until nowbefore I buy any more fresh and that’llit’s going to kind of take me over rightto at the time that we are going to haveour deal here okay next thing we’regoing to do yes while we’re waiting forthis is maybe we could start our nextbatch of chicken wings I’m looking forbullwell mix it in here so what we’re gonnado is John’s gonna I’ll get yousomething out you have a music whichI’ll have you know this you know I’llget you some fresh paper towel and whatwe’re going to do is we’re going to patdry some more chicken wings now theseones we’re just gonna crisp up and thenthose are the ones that we’re gonna tossin our barbecue sauce or in our honeygarlic saucehe’s a masters doing them he can justthrow them in here maybe you put inthere like about I don’t know seven oreight and then then we’ll just show whatwe’re mixing up a way to really reallycrisp up your chicken wings reallyreally good again they have to be dryand you can cook these in the oven ifyou don’t have an air fryer I can justmove my air fryer over here say I lovethis um just for us like we don’t likelike I love the taste of fried food butyou don’t need all that extra havingchicken wings so here we go this is justwhat is the people not gonna be thefanciest went out there or whatever butit sure works good for us here and whilethat is going onwe like this and we have made some honeybarks sauce like that we use for ribsthe other day and we kept in our fridgethat stuff lastly fish for two threeweeks and we also made a smoky barbecuesauce which is really really good andwhat we’re going to do is we’re going totake our plane wings that we’ve alreadycooked and we’re going to show you howto do them here in a sec and then we’regoing to coat them in these sauces andthey were controlled in the broilerunder the royal prep maybe two threeminutes just to bake on that finish themoff under the broiler you don’t if youwanted to take your crispy chicken wingsand put them in your barbecue sauce oryour honey girl glaze that it’s totallyokay so what John has done is he’s justkind of you you know just for times sakewe’re gonna do cook all these up but nowhe’s going to add a bone tablespoon ofbaker’s Flint you don’t want a whole lotnow if you don’t have Baker’s blend youcan use corn starch you can do a littledusting of flour all the handsaround there oh I’m here for my lastones yes you just want to coat those alittle bit because that’s gonna helpgive it that crispy Ness in in the deepfryer to just for these wings cuz youwant something that that yummy sauce canadhere to because we didn’t do that withour dill pickle ones because we’vealready got that dill pickle pickleflavor infused into the chicken becauseit’s got not marinated now with themarinade they say you should have atleast with the dill pickles at least twohours up to about six hoursI didn’t we did ours about four and ahalf by then I find that it’s reallyreally goodyou don’t want to leave some marinadestoo long because then it really startsbreaking down the structure of the nextroom okay so there you don’t see likethose are just nicely coated they’reready here we’re going to wait for these[Music]so we’ve already got some chicken wingsor the bills coming out of a deep fryernow these are just the ones that werecoated with the baking Monday lookfreaking fantastic so what we’re goingto do is maybe if you want to just forthe heck of it divide them up and put ahalf in each Bowl we’ll put someaccompany garlic go put some with ohyeah I can get youand you can put this you can toss themin you know in like a Tupperwareunderstand 20s over somebody fishcooking here who they look yummy you canjust smell that dill dill pickle aflavor coming out okay we’re gonna putthis on for another ten minutes so inthe airfryer ten minutes on one side andthen ten minutes on the other side andthat’ll be really really good gonna graba little thing but when you’re tossingyour wings you can toss them in a mixingbowl you can put them in like top over aRubbermaid put the lid on and shake thiswe’re just gonna do this don’t just payto do come little bit in there we’regonna mix it up on a baking sheet with awire rack yeah I really really need tofind some wire rack we do a lot of stuffhuh I know this is just deliciousno these are good enough that you caneat them right now maybe you don’t needto put them under the broiler but welike a little bit of crispy just sowe’re gonna put them underneath thebroilerhere so we’re just gonna take these andwe’re gonna plug here if you guys everfind or know where you can get somebaking racks for army racks that aregood for the oven I would love to getsome this is just on the bottom of thebottom of all my monsters but I findmore and more now that I like cookingthe stuff elevated so that way thatheats and stuff can get all the wayaround it and especially when you’redoing meat like this to me it just helpsit stay crispyyeah this is John smoky barbecue saucethis sauce that he makes takes a lotlike a bull’s-eye sauce I’m bought allmeans if you guys want to use bullseyesauce through nano sauces go ahead wejust enjoy cooking we enjoyexperimenting with our own flavors sothat’s when we make our own barbecuesauce the system thus we can controlbecause John is diabetic we can controlthe amount of sugar that goes in stuffbecause lots of times that’s wherethat’s going to get you flings that’swhere those extra extra calories andeverything go on is the sugars that makeboth sauces so yummy so here we use likesugar substitutes I’m just gonna setthis into the oven[Music]that’s my oven is preheated to finish upso I’m going to people who else I’lljust check them because we don’t wantthem to burnI have a tendency I love boiling this upI love boiling but lots of terms I’ll bemultitasking and doing different thingsand royal boom next thing you know wehave charcoal I do there was an amazingpizza maybe at Mondayso I finished it off in the broil and uhyeah we have a charcoal a pizza my backcounter but I have my yogurt being madethat’s another amazing recipe it’s onYouTube under Tami Ramsey it’s supersuper easy to make yourself a bigmassive bowl of yummy Greek yogurt andthen[Music]so just another mom knock over there[Music]cleanin I want to use me dishes insidecosplay Canada these are gonna be forour yo pickle ones that are just aboutdone here so we’re gonna be able to do aquick little sample and show you guyswhat it’s like before we finish fryingup the rest of this stuff and then andit’s awesome I think if you have chickenwings while you’re outside on the deckwith some friends and a cold beer orwhatever I’m going to have our mind withthe salad I have some raspberryvinaigrette salad I mean I’m one withthe cell Joseph I’m just doing thischain rings that’s totally cool to younow again this kid probably the flavorscould probably meld a little bit longerbut that’s here yes this are not awesomeso we got our barbecue sauce smokybarbecue then we’ve got our honey garlicJuan’s John Charlie what are you tryinghoney garlicvery goodabout how muchtry this upone thing about putting it under thebroiler is it melts those flavors alittle bit more but it makes enough thathoney garlic stickiness which isfreaking fantastic very goodthat one’s really really good our dillpickle ones are just about done herewe’re gonna try a barbecue sauce one nowthis is our smoky barbecue sauce if youcannot find it I had one girl messagedme just a little odd was a she cannotfind hickory smoke you can make this isvery good as well this is like supergood you can leave out the hickory smokebut you’re gonna miss the smokiness inthe barbecue sauce but you can stillhave just barbecue sauce leave I’ll takeit for some up Thank You smokedrod I think I bought my victory smoke atlike a place like muttersWow that is freaking amazing amazingamazing huhso there again you can serve us on apedal uh – whateverabsolutely absolutely delicious um whichis your favorite for the very goodyou’re not gonna get stuff like thatlet’s go no you’re not gonna get stuffon badness door restaurant we’re allabout supporting local restaurants toobut also we love love love cookingtogether just this time like this is anart date night art date night starts bypreparing stuff that’s absolutelyawesomeyummy yummy miss uh don’t pick the oneshere just gonna be probably but anothercouple minutes yeah so yeah this otherstuff and you’re not gonna get in thisstuff you don’t have to deal with justyour spouse you can have kids you can dowith your kids you know like it’s agreat way to make some memories teachthem different things do we ever cookthings that are yucky yeah yeah no it’sall my trial era or what you like umJohn and I like a lot of similar thingsfor those things that we’re totally onthe opposite side MERSand with like I love dill and that kindof stuff and I also love the wholeUkrainian background up like probe’s andcabbage rolls and stuff he really justlike the smoky rather than the Capitol’sand phobias like seriously so I makeprohees and I’ll be using for specialoccasions and he might eat one or twobut he’s not a big Povey person he lovessome fruit cookies that I make but againnot a huge huge like have to have themall the time I’m a bad personwhatever probe’s we cook I have to eatthem all so I don’t see that I only cookup a small block and I don’tone or two of them I’m gonna get all therest yeah but he’s and yes there’sthings that we like that are differentthe one things we do is they do likechicken wings and that’s where when wemake things we try to make a coupledifferent flavors to begin with whilewe’re cooking like you know even ourrabbit in the game you get the smokybarbecue and the honey um I love Greekrib looks like that – one of myfavorites what’s the big john wasn’t abig fan of them to begin with but wewill be making more and more that thehoney girl are sorrygreat grip so so actually the John makesan amazing amazing lemon potato eventhough we don’t eat a lot of potatoesjust because of the diet concerns andstuff like that but here’s lemon potatoand I made great ribs like Serge thinkthat is the night you guys gotta comeover and have something with us and wedo an amazing big salad too so it’s allabout learning and trying new thingsright we’re almost ready here to samplethe dill pickle once super good we’rejust gonna show you how to finish themup here air fryer I absolutely love itwith all appliances I try to buy themwhen they’re on sale this one here Ithink we ended up using our TV entirecart they got it for free because youprobably put everything they get on eachother we pay it off like a debit card soyou don’t go into debt but we love thosepoints and then leavewe wait till things go on sale and it’sa cooler near Paris okay let’s grab thatso we’re kind of like double dipping youknow we’ve already got it for freebecause of the stuff we bought or wewait we go on see also that way we canget nicer or better but it’s justsomething that weon our chicken wings are dealt pickledchicken wings like seriously these aresmell delicious my mind keeps justwandering back lemon andjust grate a little tiny bit of lemonzest on there now that is just gonnatake these chicken wings to an all newlevel okay so there we go look at thatso we’ve got some chicken wings we’vegot a little bit of fresh dill we’ve gotsomething the lemon zest mm-hmmnow these lot babies aren’t going to behot and I’m just gonna them a littleBowl for us she try yeah instead of yeahand dogs not a huge dill pickle Percy sohe’s just gonna try it like that oh I amready to try it well super hot thoughhey well they’re just under the deepfryer um I probably would have minced upthe dill pickles just a little bit morearen’t allergic so just remember thatfor next timevery goodWow they’re beyond good if you like dillpickles like this is unbelievable thatchicken which other down so I can blockMatt chicken wing is so unbelievablyjuicy because that marinade has lockedin those nut juice and you got that Ihit a pickle it’s not in your facepickle though hey no but it is likesuper super yummy anyways
