welcome back to my channel pleasesubscribe it’s so important to me thatyou subscribe I can’t stress it enoughclick subscribe today we are going tomake beef short ribs in the insta potI’m going to finish it off in the ovenbut for the most part it will be coolerthoroughly cooked in this instant potI’ve already seasoned the beef shortribs the heck’s here i season themovernight and i put onion thyme greenonion Jamaicans and West Indians we callit scallion garlic and then I added somepowder seasonings I have here we’ve gotgarlic salt thyme adobo just pretty muchseason it to your preferenceeveryone likes food season a certain waysome people don’t like it as seasoned soyou just season it to your preference inthere because I don’t want the meat tostick to the bottom and get a burn everymessage from the instant pot I justthink it does better so go ahead andpour in a cup of water and this is justso that I can get it pressure cooked andI’ll add my beef short ribs look at thata lot of meat on there I’ll go ahead andadd my beef short ribs right in therejust taking off the fresh thyme that Ihad it marinating injust adding in the meatall right so now what I’m going to doyou see all that all the veggies andseasoning on the Everest add some wateron this and I’m just gonna pour it overthe top I don’t water it because it hasseasoning and all those veggies thatwill give this future it’s a niceflavoring so I went ahead and I added itto the topall the veggies and seasonings on thetop of the beef short ribs and the wateris in the bottom that has some seasoningin it too so now that we’ve got that intheregood add a little bit of soy sauce onthe ribs I’ll give it you know just alittle nice flavor and coloring allright now we’re ready to get startedgo ahead and put the lid on rock it makesure that got it seal and because a lotof meat a good amount of meat I’m gonnakeep it on more I think I want this topressure-cook for 28 minutes rememberI’m going to finish this off in the ovenso 28 minutes I think it’s pawlenty oftime for the meat that’s in there andhere we go so I’m going to open it upand see what it looks likego ahead unlock it Wow Vikon on mybaking sheet that’s okay and this iswhat we have now this is looking reallytender it’s very very tendercoming off the bone there but it’s stillon the bone but you know it’s about thatfell right off the bone so if you hadsome really big pieces of beef shortribsthat looks lovely and I have some and alot of juices there and it’s still inthe rack which is great that meansnothing’s stuck to the bottom of theinstant pot so what I’m going to do nowis I’m going to go ahead and transfer iton to my baking sheetyouso I’m putting these in the oven at 450and so these are been in the oven at 450for seven minutesI couldn’t go ahead and flip them overthis side is looking really goodactually both sides are overthese are looking greatso I’ll go ahead and get my bastingbrush here I like the brushes that havelike the rubber back it picks up a lotof sauce so I’m just going to go aheadand get a lot of thoughts in the brushand just put my sauce all over the yummybeef short ribsall overto turn them over I just won I want toget this thing saturated in the sauce soI’m just gonna flip them overtry to get all sides because some ofthis sauce is gonna dry up while it’s inthe oven that’s why I just want to makesure that everything’s coveredbesides[Music]look at thatmy sauce is done which is perfectdon’t want to waste anyas you can see it’s justreallyand this is the final product of thebeef short ribs turn that light on foryou guys to see that this is tender ajuicyit’s very juicy and tenderyou
