Today, we’re making Vietnamese barbecue pork. You’ll need four pounds of pork belly with a little bit of fat. Cut them into strips.If you’re using four pounds, then you’ll be using two packages of this red pork seasoning mix from Thailand. You’ll also need Chinese barbecue sauce, pepper, and garlic powder.Empty the two seasoning packages into a bowl. Then add the entire bottle of sauce. Add about one spoon of pepper.And two spoons of garlic powder. Then, mix evenly.After mixing, it’ll look like this. Now, add the meat and completely cover it in the sauce. Then leave it to soak for at least 4-6 hours.If you’re not eating it now, feel free to place them into bags to put in your freezer. 4 pounds=4 bags.After four hours, place the meat in your Nuwave oven, with the bottom down. Cook this side for 10 minutes.After the 10 minutes, flip the meat. Then cook for another 10 minutes.This is what it’ll look like after 10 minutes on each side.
