Ingredients are:
2 slabs of Beef Ribs
Mustard
SPG (salt, pepper & garlic)
Dry Rub
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Orange Juice (can use apple juice or water)
2 Tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

welcome back to triple our backyardgrilling in today’s video we’re gonna bedoing grilled dry rub beef ribs let’s goinsidegetting started okay here we arewe’re inside the triple our kitchen sofor today’s videowe have our ingredients which we haveour mustard we have our SPG we have ourdry rub seasoning our orange juice orapple juice or you can even use waterbut we’ll be using this later on I wantto pull them off the ribs I have my twobeefsteak tomatoes you can use Romaeridan whatever you like and then wehave our mozzarella ball that will beslicing with the tomatoes and we haveour beef ribs on the first rack we wentahead and pull the membrane off so we’llget the second one going but first ofall like I always say first thing yougotta have a nice cold beer so don’tforget so now let’s go ahead get thismembrane pulled off paper towel thismakes a little bit easier for you and Ijust usually start on the edge and getthat cut off and I remember previouslyon my other videos I think Olivia porkribs we went in and got the membranepulled off me as I think the seasoningcouldn’t trace the the meat a little bitbetter and you have a more tender tenderrib but that was a good easy pull thereso we got that taken off we’ll discardthat so now it’s gonna do is go aheadand get on there we’ll get that spreadyeah on one side could get that on thebackside also here in just a minute soI’ll make sure we have a nice quickcoating on there now we’ll just be readyto put our SPG on there so now I’m justgoing to take these clothes off realquick SPG here and all this informationwill be on the description below thatwill just flip it over and just repeatthat process SPGand have our dry rub I just like to tryand get an even coat best you can tryand get all parts of the ribs so nowwe’re ready for the grill looks likefires about ready Soho now then thedough was going stuff ribs on the grilland either thing I’ll check on them herein about you know 15 20 minutes to seehow they’re doing so that’s going to getthem in the grillall right guys we’re gonna doing ispulling one of the ribs off and rememberearlier I had mentioned about the luckyone juice now we’re gonna show you whatthe orange juice is alright guys we’vegot the ribs off the off the grill sonow so I’m doing some brown sugar so I’mjust gonna sprinkle that up on top putthat therenow here’s a the owner chooses what wetalked about earlier so face teams aregonna put that on the bottom you don’thave to add a lot you can add like Isaid you can add water apple juice ororange juice[Music]well they end up good put it back on thegrill talk about another hour hour and ahalf and then what’s that done show youthe outcome all right guys here we arefind a product we got two sets of ribsso they’ve been on the grill for abouttwo to two and a half hours wrecker ribsjust plain dry rub on over the flamesmoked and then we have our second withthe orange juice and the dry rub wrappedand we like to pair it off with ourmozzarella and beefsteak tomatoes withsalt and pepper and some olive oil socut up both ribs but I definitely wantto try the wrapped with the citrus solet’s give it a shot and see what ittastes like meat just tender can’t eventaste the orange juice the differenttaste with lunch our go it’s aboutwonderful if you try this recipe let usknow by all means give us a thumbs upand also don’t forget hit the subscribebutton and you know what we’ll see youguys next routeyou
