Ingredients for the marinade:
• 3 full tbsps of natural yoghurt
• 2 tbsps of olive oil
• 1 tbsp of vinegar
• 1 tsp of soy sauce
• 4 minced garlic cloves
• 1 minced red onion
• ½ lemon juice
• 1 tbsp of tomato paste
• 1 tsp of ginger paste
• ½ tsp of salt or to your liking
• ½ tsp of black pepper or to your liking
• ½ tsp of turmeric
• 1 tsp of paprika
• ½ tsp of coriandre powder
• ¼ tsp of chilli flakes
• 1 tsp of cumin powder
• 1 tsp of onion powder
• 3 big chicken breast cut in cubes
• 1 red onion cut into cubes
• 1 green pepper cut in cubes or any peppers you have
• 100g of mushrooms cut in half
