1.5 kg of pork ribs
220 gr. Hoisin sauce
2 TBSP Garlic powder

[Music]hello guys Chris here today I broughtfor you a barbecue rib recipe which is apersonal favorite because it was one ofthe first things I learned to do as achef as you can see earlier I preparedmy ribs which I slice and I removed thememory but if you don’t feel comfortabledoing that just as the budget to do itfor you it’s very easy in here I havesome water with onion carrot and celeryand some salt which is the stock that Iwill use to boil my ribs and this willtake approximately 45 minutes on a nicelow heat low to medium heat in this potI will also add two cloves of garlicwhich I’m gonna lightly crushed justusing your palm and two three Springs oftime make sure is everything covered andbring that is on the stove to cook nowI’m going to prepare the sauce that Iwill use for my ribs and I start bysqueezing some orange juice fresh orangejuice in my bowl next ingredient is somehoisin sauce followed by some sesame oilsriracha sauce which is gonna give anice heat not too powerful but you willbe able to fit a nice kick into it whichis very nice some ketchup some garlicpowdersome teriyaki sauce and last ingredientis some water step sauce now simply justwhisk everything together so is wellcombined an additional ingredient youcan add to this if you find it that it’stoo sweet or too thick for your likingyou can actually use some of the stockfrom the boiling ribs just a spoonful ofit and it’s gonna dilute it nice andbeautiful now in the meantime don’tforget to turn back to your pan whenit’s going to be boiling after every5-10 minutes and make sure you skim thefat from the top of the ribs and whenthe 45 minutes have gone by we returnback to continue the preparation forthis recipe[Music]as you can see I have already drank myribsthis sauce we made earlier we just gonnaput it overand we’ll cover them with some tinfoiland now there it’ll go in the oven Iwill cook those for 40 minutes coveredat 118 degrees on fan setting and then Iwill uncover and cook for additional 20minutes so see you then after 1 hour thebarbecue loops are ready out of the ovenand see me all we have to do is justplay it up to finish them off somefinely sliced spring onion all over hereI have some washes potatoes that Iprepared earlier and I’m gonna servethis with the BBQ ribs so there we haveit thanks for watching please subscribeto my channel and I hope you cook likeChris or even better[Music]
