they look amazing just take a look atthose oh man I am excited hey what’sgoing on and still barbecue this isAnthony here and I just want to saythank you again for tuning into myvideos I think I’m like I don’t know 15or so videos in but thanks to yoursupport your views your comments yourlikes is stealing me to continue to keepgoing and I’ve been just been gettinggreat feedback from you all about therecipes and things like that so keep itup if you haven’t already go ahead andsubscribe to the channel it helps me outa lot so I greatly appreciate if you goahead and subscribe to the channel sonow that we got that out of the waywhat are we up to today so we’re gonnabe making honey hot grilled wings so Idon’t know if you all have American deliwhere your red I know here in Atlantathey’re everywhereand so a lot of people are into thehoney heights and random flavors butthis is a good one that I discovered onthe grill so today I’m gonna show youall how to make those grilled honey hotwings so yeah let’s get to it so we’reback at it with that two-zone fire sothat’s what we’re going with today youcan see I got my charcoal and my wood onone side and then nothing on this sideso twos on fire if you haven’t seen myvideo on it go ahead and check that outI’ll link it maybe like over theresomewhere so yeah check that one out buttwos on fire for our cook today for ourwings now that we got that out of theway let’s head inside and go ahead andget those wings prepared[Music]all right so we have our chicken wingson the grill so I set a timer for 20minutes that’s when I’m gonna actuallycome back and check on them to see howthey look in how they’re doing I placethem on the indirect side right now Ijust want that smoke to get in there andjust to them to cook really well I’mgonna charm up at the end but 20 minutesshould be more than enough time for themto pretty much cooked thoroughly andthen the last 15 or so I’m thinking isgonna be about 35 minutes the last 15 or20 minutes will be just charring themand going from there but while that’scooking on the grill we’re gonna runinside and begin to make our honey hotsauce so let’s go ahead and do that allright so now we’re actually about tomake our hot sauce it’s totally up toyou how you want to measure yours outI’m gonna go and put in the descriptionwhat my recipe is you know how many cupsI use of the buffalo sauce versus thehoney but it’s really as simple asgetting a pot getting your buffalo sauceand then getting your honey and that’sityou’re gonna allow that to simmer foryou know basically until you feel likeit has a nice sweetness to spicy ratioso again that’s totally up to you I putwhat I use but let me know what you youknow like to do so in the commentswhatever your breakdown is I love toknow but in the meantime let’s go aheadand get that sauce started[Music]so we’re at the 35 minute mark you cansee they’re looking amazingwe’re gonna run our temp but I’m good Imust say you for sure these are done soonce I run the temp just to make surewe’re gonna take these inside and dipthem in our sauce and throw them back onthe grill let that caramelize and thenwe’re good to go[Music]weenies came off the grill as you cansee we got them looking really good wecoated them with a nice sauce let thatcaramelize for a good minute so let’s doour taste testso good thing about these wind they’revery sticky let’s start there so they’revery sticky that grill takes is a reallyamazing undertone you always taste itbut what shines through is the sauce soit’s it’s spicy but then it has a nicelove sweetness to it that you shouldhave good yin and yang so you shouldreally try this one at the house realeasy to make like I said this is mysecond time making these better than anyAmerican deli I’ve ever hadgive these a shot tell me what you thinkman before you know itnibble on these you’ll look up and wewould have killed like 12 of these sogo-to recipe right here tell me what youthink as always thanks for watching thisis aunt SteeleI’ll catch you later
