2-3 pcs laurel leaf
2 tsp thyme
1 TBSP salt
2 tsp granulated seasoning (magic sarap)

Cook the slab first.

How to make the sauce or paste mixture.
– Combine all ingredients and mix all flavors using blender or hand mixer to make a sugary paste.

2 TBSP garlic
2 tsp black pepper
2 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP canola oil
2 tsp dried pepper
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke flavor
2 tsp knorr liquid seasoning
2 TBSP soy sauce
4 pcs basil leaf
2 TBSP tomato ketchup
2 tsp sesame oil

After mixing all ingredients. ese brush to coat each side of slabs in the sauce or paste mixture.

– I used blowtorch for this procedure. Fire up sauce or paste using culinary torch (blowtorch). Heat sauce or paste until sugar stars to melt and sauce begins to bubble. Sugar should create hard shell on the rib meat. Simply torch until cooked, but don’t burn to avoid bitter taste.

Slice the ribs and serve.
