welcome back everyone it’s your girlchef Mecca in the building I’m soexcited for today’s videoI’m excited every video but especiallytoday because we’re cooking turkey wingsI love techie wings they’re so good yesso let’s just get right into itwe’re going to keep it simple today thesame way that I cook my chicken wingswell how I cook my baked chicken wingsis how I’m gonna cook my turkey wingsare gonna have baked turkey wings todaywe got our chicken broth so this is thetime and I use great value nothing extrasometimes I do the swamp sometime butthat’s three months we don’t matterwhichever one of course you see hereagain I have that reduced sodium gottawe don’t want high blood pressure guyskeep that in mindof course my Himalayan salt black pepperand nature’s seasoning let me tell younature seasoning it is good andliterally has all of the seasonings inhere pepper salt onions garliceverything in here but sometimes youstill need a little bit of salt rightand of course my olive oil and butter soI’m gonna show you guys how I cook thispre-heat your oven to 350 degrees andlet’s go ahead and wash this puppy okayso y’all come in with meso the flinkI am a big believer that every kitchenshould have two types of songs regularhand soap to wash your hands and thenwhatever you know dishwashing liquid youuse you think it doesn’t have to bedonek me any kind of to use but alwayshave to you know what I meananyway so let’s get started at mycutting board here because we’re gonnacut these things up they’re hugeanyone who has technique please know howbig they arethey are huge as you can see how muchman I said you know from now I’m gonnashow you guys that I’ll wash my handseven though I really do watch him beforeI’m like I’m gonna startokay so first I’m gonna cut the wing todrum it I personally like the flaps butit’s still tricky so then we’re gonnaput it in our glass dish I think I needto get a bigger glass dish but we’ll seefirst and then repeat now some of youmay not want to cut you know cut up theturkey wing some of you may not evenhave you know the proper knife to cut upyour tournament so I said for thosepeople we’re gonna take the wing we’regonna fold it and put it behind the drumat just like this and then you’ll placeitand your dish flat just like thatactually I’ll bring you guys to C flatjust like that and you’ll be able to fitthe rest in here with us if you don’tfeel like cutting it up like how I didso it’s completely up to you whatever iseasier for you forgot our pamper and Inoticed some people like they’ll puttheir seasoning in a measuring cup andyou know pour it in like that you don’teven have to do that now if you justlike to cool that’s all right you liketo measure your seasoning there’sabsolutely nothing wrong with for themost part you really don’t have tojust have fun with itI flipped mine over to the next side andjust for Pete more flavor the betterwanting to be flavorful and juicy andthe juice is going to come from chickenbroth which officer gives it flavor aswell I do add in a little bit of oliveoil cuz it makes when you put in theoven it’ll give it a crispy skin crispyskintake somebody in this house and now justput it everywhere this also helps for acrispy-skinned important to be nice andjuicy and tender as well plus not a lotof people know that butter is actually ahealthy fat and olive oil where peoplego wrong is when you put it on bread andthat’s where the carbs come in and thecarbs come in from eating the breadsomething to do with the butterall right that’s good don’t you guys seeit here just place it like that verywell seasoned butter spreaded evenly nowI’m gonna show you guys how much chickenbroth I pour pour I poured on top so Ipoured about half of the box the lastlittle bit is like from here down so Iput about half of the bottles I put thisin the refrigerator now that I’ve openedit I’m gonna show you guys and thisgives it flavor but it’s soaked I’mgonna grab my aluminum foil and I keepmine cover with aluminum foil the entiretime that it cooks this is going to slowcook you guys and while it’s slow cook[Music]you really have to do anythingWow is slow cooking it’s on 350 degreesin the oven to three hours when you cookit on 350 you will cook this all day andthe longer it cooks the better it getslike those juices in there it’s nice andjuicy the seasoning has really gotten onthe inside like inside the meat it’sjust it’s phenomenal I promise you soyeah so we’re gonna leave this coveredon for about two three hours I’ll takeit off if I um like what I do is I leaveit covered and then by the time it’sdone cooking if I want my outside tolook darker then I’ll uncover it andI’ll let it cook like that like fiveminutes because it’s pretty much done Ijust want the
