Here’s the recipe for Lemon Pepper Parmesan Chicken Wings
1 and 1/2 pounds of chicken wings
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 tablespoon of lemon pepper
Oil spray
Preheat your Air fryer according to directions
Mix the Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, kosher salt, and lemon pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the Parmesan mixture, pressing the mix firmly onto the wings
Spray the air fryer basket and place the chicken into the air fryer basket. Spray the chicken with oil spray.
Press the “chicken” setting but reduce the time to 18 minutes (depending on the size of your chicken wings, you can add more time at the end if you need)
Turn the chicken over halfway through cooking
