Ribs
Today we grilled some ribs low and slow and we topped it with a Peach Rum BBQ Sauce
2 slabs of ribs
seasoned with
1 tbs salt
2 tbs pepper
1 1/2 tbs chili powder
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs lemon pepper seasoning.
if you have any seasoning left over you can save it a

Louis cut the other was apack of regular spareribswe took the ribs and trimmed off most ofthe fat off the top half and thencovered it with some olive oil probablyshould have waited to cover wild oilbecause it made a little bit slippery topull off the silver skin but to takethat off just get a butter knife or aspoon and get underneath the bone tolift it up and then you can fill it alloff with a napkinyou need an F it’s going to be hard togrip without it we then seasoned our ribwith some salt and pepper some chilipowder paprika and some onion powdergarlic powder and lemon pepper then werubbed it all in all sized corners andtry to make sure we didn’t have any barespots[Music]and then it was time to put them on thegrill for this cook I had most of mycold towards the center and right sideof the grill that’s whywe I can have theleft-sided school zone and a lot of ribsare cooked low and slow I also cook somechicken dish with some jerk chicken andup top there is smoked sausage I’ll adda link to the video above so that youwant to watch the video for the sharpchicken this was pretty much at thehalfway point where we flipped the ribsthat get some color on the top half aswell[Music]and this is a barbecue sauce that wemade this is a peach from barbecue saucesugar free barbecue sauce and I’ll alsoadd a link above to if you want to watchthe video to make that recipe but weplace the barbecue sauce all over theribs and put it to put the ribs over thecoals for that to set in a bitget a good blaze over the ribs and thiswas our final product the ridge came outgreatbarbecue sauce setting nice didn’t burnor run off or anything and we got a goodsmoke ring and the ribs our main juicyyou guys have any questions please feelfree to comment in the comment sectionbelow I hope you guys like this videoplease like share and subscribe and asalways thank you guys for watchingenjoy subscribe enjoy[Music]
