itis to make you know what this is justnothing but a grilled buffalo chickensandwich and listen if you’ve beenfollowing me for a minute you know howto I always talk about like a indirectright but this time we’re gonna cookright on top of the fire that’s gonnacut our time down so you’re talking fourto five minutes on each side of thechicken after that it’s time to go aheadand assemble these so listen we at homewe need things to do I’m not gonnaovertalk it and I’m gonna show you guysjust how easy it is to make grilledbuffalo chicken sandwiches okay so herewe go this is all the ingredients rightof course when we say buffalo sauce mostof us gonna say Frank’s redhot right sowe got friends redhot we got somecrumbled blue cheese I went ahead andgrilled myself some grilled onionslisten if you got your chance go aheadand do these and you know what if youguys didn’t know grilled onions take alittle while so you might want to startTVs first get these finished and thenbring them out okay we got salt pepperand both of these are gonna be like apinch and really like to taste right sowe got a half of a lemon that’s up toyou guys I just suggest you guys try itwith a half of them at first if you wantto put a whole lemon juice juice inthere go ahead I got some romainelettuce and then I’m gonna use thispocket I’m gonna put this on the grillyou know I mean we’re gonna melt thebutter add the sauce and do all of thatto make the buffalo sauce right chilipowderthis right here this is Greek this is aGreek style yogurt right here this isplain you want to get yourself some ofthis I got a whisk because we’re gonnamix this and the blue cheese togetherright then right here I got fourtablespoons of our butter and I saltedbutter and then buns are your choicethese are the buns that I have righthere and you know what I went ahead andgot me a slider bun cuz I’m gonna makesome of these also you don’t just makeone like thatand then you know just to dress it up orwhatever I like onion I still say if youguys would like to I took some red onionwent ahead and just slice them so we canhave those that’s if you like themand then of course you got your starright here look I’ve already cleanedthese up a little bit it’s okay dude ithas a little bit of fat on there youknow I mean listen fat equals flavorright so got these right here you cansee they cleaned up and look just apretty saw so we’re gonna put the prettyside down and we gonna start from thereokay I just went ahead and put mycharcoals in I got my vent fully openedon the bottom so what it’s doing is it’sdrawing a lot of air I mean we’re gonnahave fire cuz we’re gonna cook and we’regonna do the whole thing which ischicken with the top so againlisten it’s called grilled you knowbuffalo chicken right so listen we’regonna grill it first now okay so checkit out look the first thing I’m gonna dois I’m gonna take my yogurt right havemy yogurt right here got myself my smallwhisk I’m gonna go ahead and just add myblue cheese to it and that’s thatcrumbled blue cheese right so we don’twant to like beat it up then what I’mgonna do is I’m gonna go ahead and justtake a pinch you know a little salt backthere and then I’m gonna go ahead anduse my grinder just with that smoke youknow freshly ground pepper let’s justput this in here like this put this overhereand I’m just gonna take my whisk this isprobably not like the best thing to useyou know but what I’m gonna do is I justwant to get it mixed and try not to likebreak up all the crumbles you know solet me just go ahead and work right herenow after tasting this I hit it withjust a little bit more salt you know Imean it’s really goodhey and I’m gonna give you guys theheads up if you want to use this as adip as far as like dipping your wings inboom okay so I got my fire is just rightright so what I’m gonna do is I’m gonnago ahead and take just a little oliveoil it might look like a lot right nowbecause that’s enough gonna be for allof them right so what imma do is this isjust a binder just to get everything tostick so do that you know just to get iton here because I don’t want to do is Imay use salt and pepper that’s it sowe’ll start with just just a little salthere over herehit it with a little bit of this justpepper get my tongs right here and whatwe gonna do is we gonna come right overthe top of the fire now now that we gotthese on here what imma do is I’m a weekI’m gonna say we’re just gonna go aboutfour minutes four to five minutes oneach side now since they like this nowit’s a good time for us to go ahead andjust add a little salt and pepper nowwhile we have everything cooking rightI’m gonna go ahead and put this on herethat’s my little pot and here it in yourpot or your pan what you want to do isyou want to melt your butter then youwant to add your hot sauce right andthen you can just sprinkle I just sayjust like a pinch of your chili powderalso when you season your meat you alongwith your salt and pepper you can add alittle chili powder to that also allright what you see it right now listenthey done just putting some on here I’mgoing to remove them from the fire andthen we gonna go from there so let’sjust spin this around like this I’ll putthis over here on this I get that awayfrom the fire so they’ll stop cookingwe’ll leave it like that and now what Iwant to do is I’m gonna start assemblingthem okay now what you guys are seeingright now look I just went ahead andgrilled the buns right toasted those upnice so what I’m gonna do is you knowI’m gonna go ahead I’m gonna just take alittle bit of this right here we’re justgonna have a little bit down like thisright maybe just a little bit more thenafter that we’ll go ahead put a littlebit of this romaine lettuce on on herejust like you see there we’re gonna goahead and just add it yes like thatso right now you guys have got to beable to see how it’s comingshe bought these these grilled onions sowe’ll just go ahead put some of these ontop just like you see there set thatover here and now I’m gonna go ahead andput a little bit more this just bluecheese mix right here so I didn’t put nowhole lot I didn’t want to put no mailor nothing like that on there cuz thismiss about to the flavors here so if wejust get this on here like this thenwe’ll just go ahead and put this on thetop you know just like that and thatthere is what I call a grilled you knowbuffalo chicken sandwich now you guyscan add whatever you want to what Iasked you just try this and trust methese flavors right here is just out ofsight so imma set this over I’m gonna goahead get I’m gonna go ahead and Grillthis one I’m gonna make me a slider allso then we don’t go ahead and taste itokay so you guys just seen how easy itis to make right remember when you cookover the fire you got to stay with ityou know keep your eyes on it you wantto make sure it don’t burn and make sureyou don’t have you know some where’sflare-up so all you want to do is I likeI say use the four to five minutessomewhere like in between about four anda half minutes and then you’ll be rightsomething to show you right now I gotthem all me I even got my little sliderbecause that’s what I’m getting ready todo these are it right here I’ll startwith the big one first you know when youhit with the red onion the one in themiddle is the one you guys saw me putthe grilled onions on and then this oneright here you know what just a littleslider so I’m gonna go ahead and eat oneof these I may eat your slider this islike a little hot to me but that bluecheese and that yogurt mix that rightthere that tones it down so I’m gonna goahead grab it here it is here we goCheersif just don’t say summertime to you Idon’t know what wheel but here it is soyou guys can see it hopefully isfocusing on it so you can see it’scooked all the way through this righthere is good even got bosco down hereI guess I’m dripping and he’s trying toget him some too now I can’t say nothingyou know I like to say hands down ain’tnothing better than this but like I saidjust right here it says summertime lookit got the right amount of heat but withthat you know that little sauce that wemade that right here cools it and
