2 Cups Brussels Sprouts
1 Medium Onion
2 garlic cloves
George Gee’s All Purpose Rub to taste
11/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce ( Store Bought or 2 Amino Acid 1 Part Agave)
Sesame seeds for garnish plus a little bit of fresh parsley

hello champion George do I hear from theGeorgia live cooking show today isSeptember 28 2019 today we’re going tobe making some amazing amazing look hereAaron we’re gonna be making somethingamazing tofu teriyaki with some Brusselssprouts you’re gonna be using someonions some fresh garlic we already haveour rice made some Brown jasmine rice weuse some Liquid Amino along with someagave to make the teriyaki so firstthings first what I’m going to do now isI’m going to cut up the chunks I’m goingto cut up the teriyaki excuse me thetofu just in squares about the sameamount right cut that up and go one morecut and then I’m going to cut it againin threes probably the more like foursso that’s one that’s two that’s three sowe can go one more four okay so now I’mgoing to take this and put that in thebowl I’m going to add the teriyakihomemade teriyaki that I made to thatthen we’re going to take this here andlet this marinate if you will let thatmarinate kind of nice nice right there Idon’t know why that didn’t cut right allright oh so we’re just using my nicelittle chunks that’s gonna that’s goingto be nice and and ready to go when weput that with the rice the tofu in a baga plastic bag so we can kind of get itmarinate it nice and with being it notnice and marinated we want you know wewanted to have that teriyaki at teriyakiflavor so we’re gonna put this in thebag we’re gonna let this sit cuz see wegot the the teriyaki sauce that we madeup we got that in the bag we’ll closethat up now what I’ll do is we’ll putthat up set that aside now we’ll takeour onion here and we’re going to cutthe onion up and have the onion for sowhen we cut our onion inside the Walkergot to walk behind me that’s awesome andready to go so I’m going to I’m just cutthe onion up nice and when you’re usinga sharp knife just be careful becauseyou don’t want to get your fingers orhow we say bangers all right put that inthere like thatwe got that nice like we can probably dothe whole onion is a hole so we want todo it just kind of dice that up put thisin here put that in here like that whichis awesome now I’ll take the rest ofthat and add a tube but we just kind ofwanted to get you guys an idea what whatwe’re doing for the discard that thatlittle piece there now I’m gonna takeand do the garlic pop that off like thatand do the garlic as we do the garlichere we’re gonna make sure we dice thatup niceright like that will be the garlic likethat like a so and just kind of take theextra soft I kind of did that kind ofbackwards guys apologize for that so wejust want to kind of bang that and getjust loosens up the excess like that andthen we just go ahead and just cut thisup the garlic fresh garlic we cut thatup nice okay cut that up like thatreal nice hi people we had to do herenow is we’re gonna do the Brusselssprouts if I can get them openwow that’s pretty funny the Brusselssprouts don’t want to open up okay sowhat we do is we take the Brusselssprouts out they just jumping out theywant to get in the pool I guess so whatI want to do now is I want to cut thelittle excess off the Brussels sproutsand then I want to cut the Brusselssprouts in half cut that little end offa little brown hotspot off and then wejust cut them in half and if you have alittle bit leftover you know that’s finebecause that would be that’d be good forthe for the dish you don’t even have aleaf like that that’s fine just cut itin half and we put it in the bowl andwe’re just kind of weird you’re gonnajust we’re going to discard the piecethat we cut off that piece is no goodand I’ll probably do half of this halfof this bagjust cut it in half put it in the sidesof container right there cut it in halfand shortly what I’m going to do as wellis I’m going to take the brussel sproutsI’ll put these here you so you can seewhat I’m doing but I’m going to takethis piece off a couple of these pieceslook a little suspect so what I’m goingto do is I’ll do probably four or fivemore one two three four five cut thatpiece off we cut this in half put thatin here cut that offcut this in half ticket now if you havea couple of pieces that might be alittle straggly we’ll discard those butthose look don’t look good and what wewant to do is as we take this we’regoing to add this these Brussels sproutsto the onion and garlic in the wok acouple of these pieces here are kind ofsuspect so we’ll discard some of thosethose brown pieces there all rightthat one got a real deep discard youknow that’s how it is sometimes when youknow in the Brussels sprout Kingdom andwe can just take a little bit of thatoff cut that piece off like so and putthat in I think I’ll do two more andwe’ll cut this half one more cut that inhalfperfect now that we have the brusselsprouts cut up now we’ll be going to doErin come on over here we’re going totake this onions and garlic and we’regoing to put just a little bit of oil inthe pan because this pan is hot sorrythe wok is hot and we’re gonna add thegarlic and the onionadd the garlic and the onion okay wewant that to be nice get that get thatnice and fire it up turn that up alittle bit more also what we want to dotoo is we want to add these Brusselssprouts to and I might add just a littlebit more oil to them just a tiny bitjust a little bit more just a little bitnot a whole lot just a little bit morejust enough to that boom that’s it justto get because we want this we wantthese to be not raw but we want them tobe we don’t want to be overcooked but wedon’t want them to be you don’t reallywrong okay we’re gonna add some ofGeorgie’s all-purpose rub as well righthere you can add that don’t add thatthere and we’re gonna put that in herejust a little bit we want we want thisto be kind of hot I shouldn’t say hot wewant this to be cooked because the riceis already cooked so we want we wantthis to have some to be cooked when wedo this okayso we got this nice we have our our tofuready to go we got the tofu and we gotthe tofu and the teriyaki that we madeup and then we’re going to add the ricewe’ll add the rice as well to that andwe’ll be good to go very shortlyso we had just a little oil we want tosweet we don’t want these to be like Isaid we don’t want these to be raw butwe don’t want them to be overcookedeither because everything else is cookedyou know the the tofu is basicallycooked it’s already processed you knowit’s already kind of process so we wejust want to get and it’s okay to tohave like you know Cu that few of thoseleaves there that’s okay that’s cool youdon’t mind that we don’t mind that atall we want this to be nice got thatnice and guys this is real easy realsimple you can do this with your familywith your kids you can have the kids youknow you opera obviously with yoursupervision you can have the kids goahead and get the rice started and havethe rice done put some seasoning in therice or you can have them notnecessarily mess with the with the toolsinto the knives and stuff like that butyou want to you want them to be able todo the things that are safe of courseyou want it to be safe this is real funthis is real real fun now the wholething here now is what we want to do isyou want to add the rice we want to getthis we want that we want the thebrussel sprouts to get some a little bitof some now I don’t want to say char butwe want them to get a little bit of somesome crunchiness on it you know so youdon’t want it to be raw I know I keeptalking about that but we wanted to getsome some nice kind of commoners likecarmelization on it you knowdemagoguery cuz we’re gonna add the riceand once we add the rice to it thenwe’ll also add some will add the we’regonna put the rice in now you’re gonnaadd the rice okaythis is this is brown jasmine rice okaynext thing we’re going to do is we’regoing to add the teriyaki that we madewe add just a little bit more just togive us some just some more fluid okay[Applause]then we’re gonna add the tofu okay we’regoing to add the tofu the tofu hasalready been done put the soak the tofuin the teriyaki saucewe just want to just kind of go gothrough go through go through that’s gotsome nice color there and at the endwhat we want to do is add some when wego to plate it we’re going to add somesesame seeds and we just want this to benice and hot nice and hot okay guys sothis is what we’re we got this nice andit’s ready to goso now what we’re going to do we’regonna we’re gonna plate it everything’scooked through and through I’ll turnthat off we’re going to go over this wayand we’re gonna put some of this inwe’re going to plate this up on theplatewe got the tofu we got the broccoli I’mexcuse meBrussels sprouts there’s the tofu it’sjumping all over the plate I got thericeokay that Brussels sprouts man in lifeokay that’s cool like that so now what Iwant to do is I’m going to put some ofthe sesame seeds for some garnish onhereall right sesame seeds I’m gonna put alittle some fresh parsley on topprobably can’t even see the freshparsley because it’s so beautifullygreen alright and there you have it wehave the tofu teriyaki tofu fried ricelike a nice like front but tightteriyaki inside a teriyaki chickenthere’s teriyaki tofu so right here ifyou look here right right here is thechicken is the tofu right there rightbut before we do that why don’t we takea picture of that okay we’ve got to takea picture of the dish real quick howabout me do that take a picture of thedish that looks delicious real simplereal easy go over the top you take oneover the top one over the top bambamokay now we’re going to go ahead in herewe go so we got the here’s the here’sthe tofu right right here up to the Lordthank you Lord for this food and Jesusname Amen here we go hmm yeah tofu comein there Brock Brussels sprouts Wowso let’s recap so we did some rice holdon let me finish Ohhold on one second so we recap we didsome Brussels sprouts we did some ricesome jasmine brown rice we cooked thatahead of time and by cooking that aheadof time that you know frees up time weput we had to walk hot heat it up niceso we did Brussels sprouts we did brownrice we did the tofu with the we did theteriyaki sauce with amino acid and somethe agave we also did some fresh onionssome fresh garlic put some sesame seedon it we also used some of George’sall-purpose rub in it as you can go backand see and we garnished it with thewith the some fresh cilantro parsley andthe whole thing 15-20 minutes 30 minutestotal because you do the rice preparethe rice first and then you go forwardwith that way so guys with that said Iwant to thank you guys for watching
