Grilled Chicken Recipe from HellowFresh
This is a quick and easy grilled chicken recipe from HelloFresh. This grilled chicken recipe is for southwest style chicken, but it can easily be made into and italian, southern, or just about any flavor palette.

First I prepped the potatoes. The original recipe from HelloFresh calls for mashed potatoes, but I wanted to change that up. I’m making wedges. I quartered the Yukon Golds length-wise. Next I sliced the onion and poblano pepper.
After salting and peppering the potatoes, onions, and peppers, place them on the grill to slow roast over medium heat. I use a cast iron skillet with a removable handle. You can find it at this link: https://amzn.to/2XfpVHw
Dry the chicken cutlets with a paper towel. Then salt and pepper on both sides. In a medium bowl, combine the panko, jack cheese, olive oil, chili spice, southwest spice, salt and pepper. Mix completely. Now place 2 tbsp of sour cream on each chicken cutlet. Smear all over one side of the chicken, then cover the chicken with the panko mixture.
