How to Make Jamaican Jerk Spare Ribs and Rib Tips | Z Grills Pellet Smoker Recipe

This was the first time using a pellet smoker and it was amazing.

I cooked the ribs at 325 for 2hrs spritzing with orange juice every hour. After 2hrs I applied my bbq sauce and cooked for another 30-45 mins.

Ingredients for the dry rub
6 tsp all spice (crushed pimento)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp dried thyme
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp ginger powder
2 tbsp Badia Complete Seasoning
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp brown sugar

Rib Tips
1 tbsp dry rub
1/2 tsp Tonys Creole Seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne

BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp of ketchup
1 tsp of soya sauce
1/2 tsp all spice or dry rub
