INGREDIENTS
Basmati Rice : 2 Cup
Vermicelli. :1Cup
Ghee :2 Tablespoon
Garlic :1teaspoon

Method of Cooking
* Rinse the rice well (a few times) the place it in a bowl and cover with water soak 15 to 20 minutes
* Use non stick pot ,add ghee on medium heat add hole spices and garlic
*Add the vermicelli and continuously stir to as it evently
*Add the rice continue to stir
*Add 2 Cup of water and bring it to a boil until the water significantly reduce
*Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low once fully cooked turn off heat leave the rice 10 minutes
