Hi Everyone, this is one of the best recipes for Bbq Ribs . I mixed Sticky Fingers bbq sauce with some chunky apple sauce and unsalted butter. I simmered the sauce for about a half hour. It tastes amazing. It gives the ribs more moisture and tenderness down to the bone. For the ribs, I seasoned them with Hungarian rib dry rub very lightly so the taste doesn’t become too salty by overpowering the bbq sauce . The were cleaned and placed in a brine solution for a half hour. I allowed the ribs to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes after I seasoned them and before placing them in oven completely covered tight with aluminum foil, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes . Afterwards, I also turned down oven to 235 degrees for two and a half hours for tenderness but not so tender where the meat separates from the bone. I hope you all enjoyed this recipe and video.
