today I’m gonna be showing you how I domy honey barbecue wings these are thewings I’ll be using today these are myingredients I’ll be using odd peppersauce jerk seasoning honey a bit ofbrowning some pimentomy Maggie all-purpose of course myseasonal ketchup a bit of chili sweetchili honey barbecue some black pepperand some chicken see you guys I’ll becleaning my chicken I’ll also be cuttingoff some of those little bits on it ifyou notice on chicken wings there aresome small hairs on them so I just haveto clean those off and this is how I doit[Music]you can see my meter on clean and I’mjust gonna start seasoning it I’m gonnause 1 tablespoon of jerk seasoning ifyou are scared of pepper please don’tput too much I’ll also be adding someMaggi seasoning and bear in mind guysthat I don’t normally measure onlysometimes cuz I know the right amount toput but I recommend you use 1 tablespoonif you need any more you can have had ithave you had in some tomato seedsI’ll also be having some seasonal as Isaid just start off with 1 tablespoonbut you don’t want it to saltI’ll be hiding some Honey BBQ as well onitmy brother from hattie now and somechicken seasoning I’m gonna had a littlebit of brown in as well guys but you canalso use soya sauce but I’m just gonnahad a little bit of browning with thebrowning you don’t want to add too muchso I wouldn’t recommend one tablespoonI’d recommend 1/2 and this is the way Iblend it in I’m also gonna add a bit ofgarlic some thyme and some choppedspring onions to itThat’s not me no guys all ready for theovenI’m gonna just leave it to marinate fora couple of hours then I’ll come backand show you my next let’s bowl I’mgonna have my ketchup in roughly two bigtablespoonsI’m gonna have my sweet chili sauce I’malso gonna add some hot pepper I like abit of spice so I had a bit more thanusualI’m also know when I had my honeybarbecue you can also have HP which everwon any barbecue sauce you have I’mgonna had some honey some jerk barbecuesauce as welland it all depends on our dark you wantthe sauce guys if you want it a bitdarker you can have a little browningbut think I’m gonna be okay with thisone or I might add a bit of browning I’mgonna have a bit more catchso that would be like another school ifyou want some more pimento seeds as wellyou can also had it so I just had acloud you had enough fuel because as youknow I had some already compass and aheadlight 7/8here’s the sauce guys if you want to bepick up again hot one I’m just gonnagive you a taste okay for me is now isquite nice and it’s all sort of Korea’sworld I think I’m gonna have a littlepinch of browning now put it in a littlebit of browning on the inside just togive it a darker shade that’s my colorthat’s the color I want so I’m justgonna leave it like this and I’ll showyou how I use it laterI’ve marinated my chicken for two and ahalf hours so I’m just gonna pop it inmy home country now and I’ll just put itin the oven my oven is preheated well atnumber seven this is me popping them inI’m gonna cover it now my fourth paperI’ve preheated my oven at number seventhere and then you can also marinate thechicken for as long as your lifeovernight five hours six hours it’stotally up to you because I’m cooking ittoday I’ve got marinated for 12 hoursthen I will come back in 30 minutes andcheck it I’ll also show you guys how itgoes after 40 minutes I’m just gonnacheck it and have a look and see how itlooks so that’s how it look guys after40 minutes so I’m just gonna turn themover bear in mind I didn’t put any wateron the inside the cause the foil paperwhen you cover it for 12 paper platesbring your own waterso I’m just gonna hum they’re all turnnow I’m just gonna put it back in andfor another 20 minutes I’ll come backagain and check it and then I’ll showyou guys for 30 minutes I’m coming nowto check it again that’s how it looksguys see how nice it looks and I’m notgonna quote it now I’m just gonna havemy sauce to it you’re gonna put it onthe front on the back what we’ll get tounder the bottom anyway so here I amquoting themthen after this I’m just going to pop itback in the oven for like ten moreminutes then it will all finish I’llshow you guys I’m gonna pop it back inthe oven now and I’ll show you thefinishing touch so here’s my chickenwings guys all covered in the sauce thatI made earlier I’m just gonna pop itback in the oven for about ten minutesand I’ll show you guys the finishingtouch so guys it’s been ten minutessince I put the sauce on so that’s whatit looks like and it’s already allfinished
