A quick and healthy homemade BBQ sauce to jazz up your veggies or tofu:
4 tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp. tamari
4 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. chilli flakes
BBQ sauce is notoriously sweet, so you can always use less maple syrup if you find it too much. Play around, make sure it hits the spot for you.
