startedhere yeah you will need 1 to 2 cloves ofgarlic about 4 bulbs of green scallions1 lime 4 teaspoons of honey 2tablespoons of oil sesame or canola 1/4cup of soy sauce salt and pepper and 4pork chops alright so now it’s time tomake the marinade first we’re gonnaquickly salt and pepper the pork chopsI’m using a pink Himalayan salt becareful because if you use a table saltit’s gonna be way saltier than we wantif you’re using kosher salt you can be alittle bit more generous so we’re gonnado both sides of the pork chop andbecause my mom’s here I’m not using myhands because she got very upset that Iwasn’t using gloves in the last videobut I said to her what mom has time toput gloves on to marinate me all righthere we gopress it into the protein so its faceokay now what’s nextokay we
