Ingredients
-1 pack of sliced rib-eye steak
-onion
-minced garlic
-brown sugar
-anchovy sauce
-soy sauce
-sesame oil
-water
-beef stock
-Shitake mushroom
-green onions
-Minari vegetables
Cooking Instruction
-Using 1 pack of sliced rib-eye steak
-Cut meat in halves
-Put them in a bowl
For the meat
-Cut 1 pc of onion
-Put 2 tbsp of minced garlic
-1 tablespoon of brown sugar
-Mix them
– 2 tbsp of anchovy sauce
-2 tbsp of soy sauce
-1 tbsp of sesame oil
-Mix them again
The Sauce
-1 tablespoon of minced garlic
-1 tbsp of brown sugar
-2 tbsp of soy sauce
-2 tbsp of mirim (cooking wine)
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-Stir
-8 tbsp water
-Give it another mix
-1 tbsp of beef stock
-Put the meat in the pan, and turn the heat to high
-Flatten them a little bit
-When the meat starts to turn brownish, put in the vegetables and the sauce
-Mix them for another 5 minutes
