Here’s the how to:
In a bowl mix together until well blended, 20 can crushed pineapple (purée), 3/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 3 large garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons ketchup.
Pour over pork chops, and let sit 10 minutes to overnight and then grill to you desired doneness.
