15-18 lb beef Brisket
For Rub
½ Cup Salk
½ Cup Pepper
2 TBS granulated Garlic
2 TBS Brown Sugar
For Mop
½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 12oz beer
1 TBS Granulated Garlic
1 TBS black pepper
1.5 TBS Salt
2 TBS Brown Sugar
Smoke 8 hours at 225-250 mobbing every hour
Wrap in foil and place in smoker for an additional 1-2 hours at 140
