Ingredients:

4/5 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of thyme
1 tbsp of oregano
1 tbsp of basil
1 tbsp of cumin powder
2 tbsp of coriander powder
5/6 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of chilli flakes
1 tbsp of Mr. Naga (optional)
Salt to taste
8 tbsp of natural yogurt
Grated garlic 5/6 cloves
Grated ginger small/medium piece
4/5 green chillies
Coriander leaves
1 tbsp of honey
1tbsp of mustard paste
Chicken legs x 6
1tbsp of steak seasoning (optional)

[Music]you[Music]to make grilled chicken my sty cut andclean the chicken I’ve got six pieces oflegs here I’m just cleaning it you canuse chicken wings you can use chickenbreastsit’s completely up to you I am I’m justusing chicken legs just going to makesome slits on the chicken leg and so allthe spices can go in and all the flavorsand spices can go in so just make someslits using your knife like soit’s what your kitchenone by one and I’ve left it spin on ofmy chicken died and you can take thispillow I’ve left you on this is a nicetwist to lay on the outside we will seewhen you’re sitting so that’s why I’veleft it on once you’ve washed thechicken leave the chicken to a side andit’s time to make the marinade now sotake a clean bowl and adding four tofive tablespoons of oil so just add someoil into your bowl once you’ve added theoil and you can add in your spices andyour herbes so I’ve got some time herejust adding some time in and I didn’treally measure my time I think I addedin half a teaspoon of thyme some oreganoso again half a teaspoon of oregano soadd that in and then add in some basilso again half a teaspoon of basilnext I’d be in some chili flakes and Ithink I’ve added in quarter to half ateaspoon of chili flakes here and thenI’ve added in some steak I’m seasoningyou don’t have to add the steakseasoning in if you don’t have it youdon’t have to I’ve had it in my house soI’ve just added that in and then add inone teaspoon of honey so add in oneteaspoon of honey the honey gives it alovely glaze on the outer layer of thischicken once it’s grilled so at the endand then you can add in the yogurt sothe yogurt I am going to add in 8tablespoons of yogurt here so justadding that inI’m using natural yoghurt here guys andso added in my eight tablespoons ofnatural yoghurt going to adding oneteaspoon of mustard paste so I’m justusing the normal Colman’s mustard pasteso add that in the next ingredient I’mgoing to add in is something called mr.Nager now you might not have this anddon’t worry about it if you don’t haveit you don’t have to add that in I’vegot it in my house I’ve just added inhalf a teaspoon of mr. Luger you can getthat from any Asian shops so next is myspices I’m going to add in twotablespoons of coriander powder so if Idid my first one in that’s my second oneand then one teaspoon of cumin powder soin goes my cumin powderyounext add in one teaspoon of saltonce you’ve added the salt in add insome ginger-garlic paste so I’ve gotmedium-sized ginger which I’ve gratedearlier and about six cloves of garlicand chopped grated earlier some greenchilies and some coriander leaves youcan leave out the green chilies if youdon’t want it too spicy and we like itspicy so we’ve added the green chiliesin and then some zest of a lemon sousing a grater just add in some zest andthen I’m going to add in the juice ofone lemonadd some lemon juice in I’ve got onelemon just adding the juice inyouand finally add in some dark soy sauceand I think I’ve used four to fivetablespoons of soya sauce here so addsome of that in and then give it a goodmix using a spoon and try not to useyour hands to mix all the spices guysotherwise it ends up going inside yournails I am it just looks a bit gross sojust use a spoon and give it a good mixand finally I’m going to add in mychicken which I’ve cleaned and washedearlier so add that in one by one I’musing some gloves here guysto protect my nails from staining sojust going to add all the chicken in andthen give it a good mix using my handsmaking shoulder marinade go inside theslits of the chicken that you mayn’t sojust rub it on like so and then put iton the oven tray or the grill rack forone Sam yeah well to length rightmarinate for 1 to 2 hours place thechicken on a up and tray or the grillrack and cook it in the grill for anhour on 250 I’m gonna be making twopieces because there’s only two of usthe rest of the chicken legs are putaway in a ziplock bag in the freezer foranother day[Music]you[Music]
