[Music][Music][Music]start a little lateforget forgot to get coding all thewings but we’re gonna smoke some chickenwings and everybody was all worriedabout the skin being crispy so I’d coatthem with baking soil no excuse mebaking powder not baking soda roedigerthen flip them I’m killing thetemperature right now but they’ve beenin here probably half an hour alreadyI mean the skin is totally crispcrisping up these ones are not good Igot to move them still in the smoker andhalf of them have some garlic seasoningand baking powder from the other half asfrioli powder honey barbecue and somesriracha we’ll get on it ll see yummylet’s check they’re crispy they’ve beenon for 45 minutesmark I started doing dishes so let’s getto crispyyou’re still going I don’t like to comeon it here about 250just overthis little $60.00 Klingon smoke I gotneeds a lot of help inside it’s hard tokeep a good temperature on it look likegood yeah it’s nice yeah yeah it crispynot soft at all a little longer on hereand then we’re gonna pull out I neithercrank the heat up on this like 450 foranother half houror throw them the oven for half hour butI’ll start that now I’m excitedit’s milk freakin delicious yay on aside note the seasoning on this thinghe’s turned out awesomethis doesn’t wipe off taste delicioussee how the smoke wasn’t rolling in Idon’t know if you can see it on thereso added some big thick steel platesdown there because it was just pump andfire up right here so I worked a littlebetter I think I’m gonna try and spacethem out put some holes in world aminute good excuse to use my welderlet’s crank up firebox yeah yeah youknow it off was also nice and life kidsdo work for you like they should[Applause][Music]Sasa meet it’s all right delicious I’mpretty happy this yeah yeah yesbut it’s toughwhere’s the delicious but messy goodyeah standing we’re going for taste testI’ll buy you a wishbone we’re working inthe freezermy dad this is my dad exact words way togo killer yeah yeah delicious aroma hmmamazing well there we have it I amnormally not a fan smoked chicken wingsthose we’re delicious yeah I think ifI’d do anything different next time Iput saw something about throwing back inthe oven maybe for 10 minutes make thesauce a little sticky kids say they’redelicious they’re still eating I like itI didn’t taste the baking powder at allthe skin was all crispy I’m happy I’mgonna cook those all the time on thenext onecooking with Nick yeah yeah
