“Family that eats together, stays together”. A cool line to say!
But, how often in today’s day do we find ourselves spending quality time with our family and loved ones? Thanks to our barbeque grill, our Sundays are meant for backyard cooking and family time. There’s nothing greater than cooking your own food, sharing it with your loved ones and simply enjoying the moment.
Here’s an easy chicken wings recipe from our family’s very own barbeque menu! You can also bake the chicken wings in an oven instead of using a grill.
Prep time: 10 mins
Marinating time: 2 hours
Grill time: 20 mins
Servings: 10-12 pieces
Ingredients:
½ kg Chicken Wings (with skin)
¼ tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
½ tbsp Red Chili powder
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Corn flour
½ tbsp Pepper
½ tbsp Salt
Directions:
• The first step is to wash the chicken wings at least twice in running water.
• In a bowl, add the chicken wings, add ¼ tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp corn flour, ½ tbsp pepper, ½ tbsp salt and mix well.
• Allow the chicken wings to marinate for at least 2 hours.
• Preheat the barbeque grill for about 5 minutes.
• Place the chicken wings on the grill and coat it slightly with a little oil.
• Cook for about 15-20 minutes and serve hot. Can be paired well with mayonnaise.
