Restaurant Style Grilled Chicken

Grill Chicken at home like you eat from a restaurant.

Ingredients:
1 Full Chicken = around 1000 gms
Turmeric Powder = 1/2 – 1 tsp
Chilly Powder= 2-3 tbsp (based on your taste)
Kashmiri Chilly Powder = 2 – 3 tbsp (for color)
Garam Masala = 1 tsp
Jeera Powder = 1 tsp
Coriander Powder = 1 tsp
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Kasoori Methi – 1 tbsp (optional)
Curd = 6 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste = 1 1/2 tbsp
Lemon = 1 no

Please note: Hung the curd to drain excess water for atleast 2 to 3 hours. Marinate the chicken with all the masalas and refrigerate overnight for better results. So the flavor of the masalas is absorbed by the chicken and also it will be juicy and soft once grilled.
