How to Marinade:
Chicken legs
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium ginger
2 lemon grass
3 tbsp brown sugar
pepper
half a can of 7up
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 whole lemon
Mix all the ingredients and marinade the chicken overnight, the minimum to marinate the chicken between 5-7hours inorder to infuse all the spices.
For Basting:
Banana catsup
Half lemon
Olive oil
Pepper
Soy sauce
Tomato catsup if you want more sweet however you can add brown sugar if you like but not too much chicken skin will easily burn.
Once you put the chicken into the grill be sure to keep checking and be generous when you apply the basting sauce.
