#How to make Korean Glazed BBQ Chicken Drumsticks কোরিয়ান বারবিকিউ চিকেন#
Korean BBQ sauce glazed drumsticks are amazing in taste! You will be swept away with the sweet, spicy and tangy flavor at the same time! It is very easy to make. You can enjoy it as an appetizer or as a meal.
Ingredients~
chicken drumsticks 7-8, clean and pat dry
cornstarch 1 tbsp
rice vinegar 1/2 cup
soy sauce 1/2 cup
brown sugar 3/4 cup
sesame oil 1 tbsp
garlic cloves minced- 2 tbsp
red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
sriracha sauce 1/2 tsp ( optional)
sliced scallions and sesame seeds to garnish
1. In a sauce pan, on medium-high heat add sesame oil and cornstarch, stir for 2 minutes.
Stir in all other ingredients to make the sauce. Boil for 5-6 minutes and set aside.
2. Brush the drumsticks with the sauce. you can place them in a oven proof pan lined with foil or an oven proof pan greased with a tbsp of olive oil.
3. In a preheated oven, bake for 45 minutes at 375 degree F
4. Sprinkle sesame seed and green onion and enjoy !
Serve with white rice or fried rice or eat alone as an appetizer!
