✔ 2 tbsp mixed herbs (Red Chili powder, Crushed Oregano, Parsley powder, Black pepper powder, Onion & Garlic powder,Tamarind powder.)
✔ 1 tsp Chaat masala powder

For BREADING
✔ 1 cup all purpose flour / maida
✔ ½ cup corn flour
✔ 1 tsp black pepper powder
✔ 1 tbsp garlic paste
✔ 1 tsp red chili powder
✔ 1 tsp salt
✔ 1 tsp baking powder

For FRYING
✔ 1 cup cooking oil

For SAUCE
✔ 2 tbsp butter
✔ 2 tbsp minced garlic
✔ 1 cup tomato ketchup
✔ ½ cup green chili sauce
✔ ½ cup soy sauce
✔ ½ cup schezwan sauce
✔ 1 tsp sugar syrup
✔ 1 tsp salt
