How To Make Juicy BBQ PORK Ribs: Air Fryer VS Oven

Hello everybody this is ComoSeDice_Sam!! Check out my BBQ pork ribs video! I was curious to see which method was better but honestly they’re both GREAT! I did notice that the air fryer method gave the ribs more char (is that how you say it? You know, the slightly burnt pieces that make the ribs 10 times better (IN MY OPINION)) and the oven method did not, however they both came out juicy, tender and flavorful! If you’re planning on feeding more than 4 people, I suggest the oven method because then you can cook a whole rack of ribs in 2 hours whereas the air fryer method, you can only do half a rack at a time. BOTH METHODS TAKE 2 HOURS, so it’s up to you on how you want to do it!

~Ingredients~
1 racks of pork ribs
1/2 Cup of olive oil
1/2 Cup of white wine vinegar
1/2 Cup of honey or maple syrup
1/4 Cup of soy sauce
1/4 Cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 Lime juiced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbs mustard
2 tbs crushed garlic
1 Cup BBQ Sauce (ANY KIND)

~Air Fryer Directions~
-Allow ribs to marinate for 2-8 hours (I marinated mine for 4 hours)
-Spray the inside of air fryer with oil (I used canola spray)
-Place the ribs into the air fryer (Doesn’t matter what side)
-Put air fryer on 220 degrees for 1 hour (Flip ribs after 30 minutes)
– Put air fryer on 250 degrees for 1 hours (Flip ribs after 30 minutes)
-When the ribs are done, you can brush bbq sauce on the ribs or eat them plain

~Oven Directions~
-Allow ribs to marinate for 2-8 hours (I marinated mine for 4 hours)
-Set the oven to 300 degrees
-Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 min
-Unwrap the ribs and brush BBQ sauce on them or you can leave them plain
-Allow ribs to cook uncovered for 30 minutes
-Change oven temp to High BROIL for 4 minutes
