Today I grilled Saikoro Beef Cubes over charcoal using my Japanese grill.
Okay to set the record straight, the Wagyu Cubes are not made of Wagyu Beef. Real Wagyu is much more expensive and we Japanese don’t waste any of it. Upon looking at the packaging it says Japanese Wagyu fat is mixed with Aussie Beef, which is why the fat doesn’t solidify.
Prices are P750 per 500g and P1,395 for a 1 kg pack.
