Honey Mustard
1 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 CUP OF SOUR CREAM
3 TBSP. YELLOW MUSTARD
3 TBSP. HONEY
In a glass bowl combine all ingredients and whisk well. Serve with chicken, pork, fish or seafood. Store in refrigerator.

make sure you make the honey master weare going to make honey mustard for ourchicken fingers today this isn’t oursecond cook boot and I’m actually goingto make a half recipe so I don’t have alot of leftover in the refrigerator andwe actually have some honey from myhometown from Jeff Burris and CedartownGeorgia so we’re gonna use his honeytoday to make this delicious honeymustard sauce for our chicken fingers Iam going to use 1/2 cup of mayonnaiseand I am half in this recipe so rememberthat if you don’t want to make a wholerecipe you can always have it or you canthird it or however you want to do itthen I use 1/2 cup of sour creamthen I use about tablespoon and a halfof yellow musterit’s about a tablespoon and a half andthen the same thing with this honey I’mgoing to use about a tablespoon and ahalfthe more the merrier right and then allwe got to do is mix it up good you canuse of our whisk or you can use aspatula whatever you want to use justmake sure you get it good and mixed sothat the honey is distributed and themustard yes if you don’t have these babyspatulas they’re amazing to do stuff yepit’s still got a few lumps in it so I’mgonna use a whisk and whisk it good aswell you can always put a little pepperin there if you want to this is the waywe eat it and we love it let me taste itright quick it’s so good on the chickengood stuff this is a beautiful chickenfinger you can see that it’s got a nicecrunchy coating I’ll dip ithmm oh my lordmake sure you make the honey mustardthis is one of them times when I can sayboy I really can cook thanks forwatching Collard Valley cooks where wecould a lot mama didyou
