Grilled Korean BBQ Pork Chops
4 – 6 Bone in or Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 – 3 Cloves of Garlic – minced
1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 C Hoisin Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Place pork chops in a shallow dish or zip lock bag.
Reserve some sauce for basting. Pour remaining sauce over chops and
marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Grill turning and basting until done. Aprox 10 minutes depending on the size of the chops.
