1. 高筋麵粉 – 200g
2. 白砂糖 – 25g
3. 蛋 – 1隻(50g)
4. 牛奶 – 90g
5. 快速乾酵母 – 3g
6. 有鹽牛油 – 25g
叉燒餡材料：(300g，可以做10份，每份30g)
1. 生油 – 15g
2. 洋蔥 – 100g
3. 叉燒粒 – 130g
4. 白砂糖 – 15g
5. 老抽 – 7g
6. 蠔油 – 20g
7. 糊椒粉 – 1g
8. 日本麻油 – 2-3g
9. 生粉(木薯粉) – 7g
10. 水 – 140g+20g
酥皮材料：
1. 低筋麵粉 – 50g
2. 白砂糖 – 25g
3. 有鹽牛油 – 40g
4. 蛋白 – 20g
Snowy BBQ Pork Buns is a very famous HK style Michelin Dim Sam . It’s crispy outside and chewy inside with juicy BBQ Pork sauce.
Bread Ingredients ：(380g, equally divided into 10pcs in 38g/pc）
1. Bread Flour – 200g
2. Sugar – 25g
3. Egg – 1pc (50g)
4. Milk – 90g
5. Instant dried Yeast – 3g
6. Salted Butter – 25g
BBQ Pork Filling Ingredients: (300g，equally divided into 10pcs, 30g/PCs)
1. Vegetable Oil – 15g
2. Chopped Onion – 100g
3. Chopped BBQ Pork – 130g
4. Sugar – 15g
5. Dark Soy Sauce – 7g
6. Oyster Sauce – 20g
7. White Pepper Powder – 1g
8. Japanese Sesame Oil – 2-3g
9. Tapioca Starch 生粉 – 7g
10. Water – 140g+20g
Snowy Skin Ingredients:
1. Cake Flour – 50g
2. Sugar – 25g
3. Salted Butter – 40g
4. Egg White – 20g
