Grilled chicken steak and vegetables with potato wedges.. A superb grilled recipe for dinner, lunch and bar b q party.. Healthy and easy to cook.. You can also enjoy it with dips and also fried rice.. Its a complete and nutritious meal.. A best combination of meat and vegetables.

Servings: 4 Peoples
Prep Time: 40 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients
For Chicken Steak:
– Chicken Breast – 4
– White Pepper – 1 tsp
– Oil – 2 tbsp
– Salt – as taste
– Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
– Mustard Powder – 1 tsp
– White Vinegar – tbsp
– Black Pepper – 1 tsp (crushed)

For Vegetables:
– Carrot – 1 (boiled)
– Peas – 1/2 cup (boiled)
– Capsicum – 1

For Potato Wedges:
– Potatoes – 2
– Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
– Oil – for frying

Instructions
For Chicken Steak:
1. Beat chicken breast with knife or hammer softly.
2. In a bowl mix all ingredient very well..
3. Now marinate chicken breast in the mixture..
4. Keep aside for 40 minutes.. and then cook in a grill pan till its color turn to golden.. turn the chicken breast and cook other side till its done.
5. Grilled chicken steak is ready.. sevre with grilled vegetables and potatoes wedges.

For Vegetables:
1. Cut all vegetables in slices and grill them on grill pan.

For Potato Wedges:
1. Mix all dry ingredient in a bowl.
2. Cut potatoes in wedges.
3. Mix potatoes with dry mixture and fry them.
