Pulled Brisket
3lb brisket with all the fat cut out which should be about a 2lb brisket
1 bottle of beer (optional)
1 cup of beef broth
1 onion thick chopped
Liquid smoke,worcestershire sauce in broth and on top of brisket
70 min under pressure with 10 natural release
shred brisket and drain some liquid out of pot
add bbq sauce and saute for 2-3 minutes
claws for shredding

what’s up YouTube this is cooking withDoug and I’m back again with my 8 quartninja foodie deluxe and tonight for youguys I’m gonna make a pulled brisketwith homemade rolls well I already havethe homeland rolls right now alreadydone but we’re gonna do a pull ofbrisket y’all so I I just want toexplain this to you before I forget thiscame from my meat market so they cut allthe fat off the bottom so this is abouta little under the two pounds so Iseasoned it just with my go to thisright here link will be in thedescriptions pink salt black pepper andgarlic so all we need to do is drop someoil in the inner pot put on ceremony andsear each side and then we can pressurecook set timer for three minutes threeminutes starting nowI got an onion cut up into large chunksalright guys we’re going to sear thisfor about five minutes aside put someoil in the pot beforehandall right we went ahead and flipped iton the other side we’ll be right backall right guys I’m gonna deglaze I’mgonna do a little something differenttodaygonna put some Heineken in here wouldyou think about that D now I’m gonna putsome dwell in there – yes any worryabout it what I had a Heineken out whynot all right I’m gonna put three dabsof liquid smoking down one through threewhat’s your sister’s social saucewe’re going to add a cup of beef brothand then I’m gonna add back in my purseto the big boy and then we’re gonna putsome more of my watch your sister’ssocial in there should be good and sincewe’re here we’re just gonna go ahead andadd the rest of the beer why not alrightguys I’m going to put this to pressure Ineed it on high we’re gonna do 70minutes now 60 minutes if you want toslice itbut if you’re pool you know shredding itwe got to do 70 minutes with a 10 minutenatural pressure release Wowyeah all right so I’ll be back when itcomes to pressure yeah all right guys weare done there now like I said we’regonna let it natural pressure releasefor 10 minutes and then we should begood to goall right guys 10 minutes is up we’regonna hit cancel and we are going torelease the pressure that’s what we’relooking like y’all just looking tenderbut we gonna take it out and really seewhat we working with and I’m gonna store for another daybut this is all we need we’re gonna putback the brisket the shredded brisket inhere and add some baby rays for somejuicy goodness all right guys so whatI’m gonna do now is mix the shreddedBritish get up with the juices in theremix it up real good if you need to addmore you can add some orange juicethat’s you got rid of and then you’regonna give it a taste and see if itneeds any salt pepper I’m gonna put somelittle dash of Texas beat up in therethat’s just what that’s just how I rollall right we’re gonna add some sweetbaby Ray’s guys add whatever barbecuesauce you like you know I like me somesweet baby Ray’s all right and then I’mgonna give this a mix and we’re gonnaturn this on guys I don’t see themloaded let some of this caramel eyes alittle bitall right I’ll add a little bit moreall right little change in plans I’mgoing to put some red crushed peppers inthere but you know spice it up howeveryou like just give it a mix and afterthis point go ahead and give it a tasteagain see this missing anythingI remember this brisket is about whenthey trim the fat from the bottom thiswas like under slightly under two poundsbut you see how easy we got it
