Pack of chicken wings seasoned with:
1⁄4 teaspoon salt or sea salt
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1⁄2 teaspoon brown sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
1⁄4 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning
1⁄4 teaspoon Ginger
Sauce
1 cup barbecue sauce, preferably Sweet Baby Ray’s
1⁄2 cup honey
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons hot sauce or sweet chili sauce
4 tablespoons butter
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon soy sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 cup of Jack Daniel’s Honey alcohol or Hennessy
