Ingredients for Oven Grilled Chicken Legs.
Servings: 4
– 1 kg of Chicken Legs = 8 pieces
– 8 to 12 small potatoes
– 2 heads of garlic
– 5 baby or small onions
– 2 carrots
– Salt & Pepper to taste
– 1 tsp Garlic Salt – (As a substitute -use- finely mashed garlic with salt)
– 2 tsp Onion Powder – (As a substitute -use- smooth onion paste)
– 2 tsp paprika
– 2 tsp Italian Seasoning – (As a substitute -use- Dried Oregano)
– 1 tsp Basil – for the chicken and the potatoes.
– One Quater cup of oil
– Once Chicken has been mixed – Cover & MARINADE for 20 minutes
in the fridge.
Ingredients for Saffron Rice:
– 1 1/2 cup of Jasmine Rice.
– 1 1/4 cup of water
– A pinch of Saffron
– A pinch of Salt
