The BEST Pork Chops I have ever had! Tender, Juicy, Savory, and SWEET.
Wrap Pork Chops in foil With a mixture of:
Apple Juice
Apple Cider Vinegar
Pineapple Juice
Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar
Honey
Olive Oil
Sweet Red Wine
Cook indirect with bone facing flame.
216°-230°
45 min
Wrapping makes them fall off the bone tender.
Unwrap, Dab with napkins, and coat with:
Honey
Brown Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Place directly over flame, turn often until desired scorching.
Tent with foil for 10 min.
