**Ingredients**
Chicken Boneless pieces-400 gms
Tandoori masala-2-3 tsp
Salt-As reqd
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Onion-1/2
Tomato-2 to 3 nos
Capsicum-1 no
Carrot-1 thin juilliene cut
Chinese cabbage /Lettuce
Salad Dressing-3 to 4 tbsp
Healthy seed mix-1 to 2 tsp
Lemon wedge- small
**Tandoori Masala substitute**
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Jeera powder-1 tsp
Saunf powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
**Homemade salad dressing**
Mustard sauce-1 tsp
Vinegar-1 tsp
Sugar-1 tsp (U can also substitute with honey)
Fresh/Dried herbs-1/2 tsp
Orange juice-3 to 4 tbsp
