For dry masala:
1 tbsp cumin,
1 tbsp coriander,
5 whole red chillies,
7-8 cloves,
1 cinnamon stick,
3 green cardamom
(blend them well)
For marination:
2 lbs beef,
4 green chillies + 2 tbsp fresh coriander (make a paste),
3 tbsp thick yogurt,
4 tbsp lemon juice,
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,
prepared dry masala,
2 tsp red chilli powder,
1 tbsp crush red chilli,
2 tsp salt,
1 tsp meat tenderizer,
pinch of yellow food color
(mix well and marinate it for 24 hours for best results).
Grilled Beef Tikka Boti Cooking Method;
1. Now put the beef chunks on skewers and grill them on griller pan on medium low heat for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
2. Brush with oil as needed.
3. Now on a naan add generous amount of salad like cabbage, onion, tomatoes and add two skewers on top of naan and serve hot and enjoy.
