Let’s cook some BBQ chicken wings! …and listen to house music

Disclaimer: I am not a chef, cook, and I don’t have any related certifications. This is just some random stuff.

Some people may not know how to cook chicken wings from their local butcher or deli. Some people may not even know you could – lol.
Anyway, here are some basics I follow when I cook chicken wings.

I hate to clean-up, so I find that using aluminum foil or parchment paper works well to simplify clean-up.
If I use foil, I usually apply a light coat of olive oil to help the wings not to stick to the foil – even though they will 🙁

Use good wings from your local butcher or deli – support local if you can. I use wings from Sprouts – Farmers Market.

Even though my local deli adds sauce/seasons to the wings, I like to add a little more (try yours first before attempting).
I live to add a little “All spice” to help bring out everything. I also like to add some cayenne pepper – although my wife said I added a little too much after tasting the results of this video.
Lastly, I like to add a little tony’s cajun seasoning to anything I want to bring out “spicy!” 🙂

I usually bake the wings at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. I try to check on them every 10 minutes or so and flip them over.

BTW, the EDM/house music in the background is one of the songs I have produced over the years. Leave a comment to learn more.
