中粉:370g
玉米淀粉:30g
酵母:6g
糖:15g
牛奶:220ml
油:15ml

Filling (咸中味甜)
熟叉烧:300g BBQ Pork
糖:20g sugar
蚝油:20goyster sauce
清水:65g

生粉水:
粟粉:20g
清水:50g

叉烧馅料做法:将糖,蚝油,清水调匀慢火煮开,再倒入生粉水勾芡後,再倒入碎叉烧拌匀凉後放冰箱冷冻备用。

1:揉好面团直接包制.
2:包好後须室温发酵一小时,(视包的发酵情况为主,一倍大)
3:水開上锅,大火?旺气整12分钟。
4:蒸好後可以直接開盖,不会回缩。
