I have been using this seasoning mix for my bbq red pork for many years. Super easy recipe that I don’t want to keep it to myself.
You won’t disappointed.
Recipe:
1.2 kg of pork butt/fillet
1 package of Lobo red pork seasoning mix
100 ml of water
Method:
Preheat the oven 200c
Spray cooking oil before put in the oven
Roasted for 40 mins 20 mins on each side.
