Another cold Saturday evening in Central OH-IO! What better time than now for a grilled pork loin?
When I grill a pork loin, i do not take off the fat cap. I pick these loins up at Kroger when there is a buy one, get one free sale. They do a good job trimming so the fat that remains, just adds to he flavor. Tonight I cut the loin into 2 inch steaks, and rubbed them with Coffee/garlic rub from Trader Joe’s & Chili Garlic salt from Home Buys.
